1. What type of license this is
This license allows free use of the library for non-commercial
purposes and charges a royalty set in section 3 for commercial
users. This allows programming-enthusiasts to make use of the
library without violating the intellectual property rights of
Daybo Logic.

2. Copyright notice
The library code, whether in source or binary form is and remains
the property of Daybo Logic, no matter what form it is transcribed,
compiled or processed into or where it is stored. The distribution
of this software in no way surrenders that intellectual property
right.

3. Royalties and charges
Non-commercial: The non-commercial distribution of this software
can be downloaded at no charge and used freely as long as no
profit is sought for the work by means of distribution charges
or royalties (sub-letting).

Commercial: The commercial software can be downloaded and used
at a one-off payment of £30. No further royalties will be
sought and the right to distribute this software with a commercial
program, in source or binary forms will be granted. No rights over
the code may be passed to the clients of the purchaser.
The purchaser obtains only those rights which are explictly given
in this license and if there is any doubt, the purchaser should
contact Daybo Logic over whether any plans may violate it's
intellectual property rights.

Daybo Logic will seek to contact clients who may be in violation
well before any legal action is considered, Daybo Logic is not
out to sue anybody.

4. Source code

The source code is supplied with the library as an essential
means to compile the library code for platforms other than i386
and for various memory models. Any modifications to the source
code become the copyrighted works of Daybo Logic and are subject
to this license agreement. Modification to the code is therefore
only useful as an essential modifcation to it's use.

5. Disclaimer

Daybo Logic disclaims any warrenty as to the fitness of this
software for any particular purpose. It is not designed to be
fault tolerant and should not be used in high risk activities such
as nuclear power plants. This status may change in later versions
asa reliabillity is further proven.
